This cutting-edge development boasts 187,927ft² of lettable industrial space spread over six storeys on a 1.7-acre plot, with electric vehicle charging points incorporated as part of the sustainable design. The flexible industrial space is arranged over four upper levels, allowing for individual units of varying sizes, each supported by shared meeting rooms, breakout areas, and wellness spaces. The green roof terrace adds a touch of tranquillity to the bustling industrial environment, offering a space for relaxation and fresh air.
