The background:
Halsall Mechanical & Electrical efficiently undertook the M&E design and installation of Unit 1a at Junction in Luton. The landmark logistics and industrial facility delivers 222,134ft2 of premium logistics space alongside fully fitted Grade A office accommodation, 18M high warehouse, extensive service yards and landscaped surroundings tailored to meet the demands of today’s occupiers. The project boasts an excellent BREEAM rating, ensuring energy-efficient design. We are delighted to have been involved in this project and the overall development is expected to support over 2,500 new jobs and contribute financially to the local economy.
