The background:
Halsall Mechanical & Electrical successfully undertook the M&E design and installation of 2 state-of-the-art Industrial / Warehouse at Units 1 and 3 at Baytree in Leeds. The high specification units of 76,509ft2 and 145,953ft2 with build to suit opportunities available up to 330,000ft2 which incorporate modern technology to optimise efficiency. The project boasts an outstanding BREEAM rating shell and core and EPC A rating and modern Office Spaces. Each building has its own life cycle analysis including Materials Passports which track the provenance of each material used and is focused on features designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of building users.
