The background:
Halsall Mechanical & Electrical completed the M&E design and installation of the “base build” for the Southwark Urban Logistics in London. The brand new 167,660ft2 multi-level industrial warehouse with adaptable floor plates from 14,800ft2 which are capable of being subdivided, focused on sustainability, adaptation and an eco friendly design to suit the Clients requirements. The project boasts an outstanding BREEAM rating and an EPC A+ rating. We are delighted to have been a part in this project which is designed for World Class Logistics.
